I'm a tattoo artist of 22 years experience, and I suggest next time you look over the artists' photos (of their work), and decide on WHO drills the ink on you. That way you know who pays attention to detail and who has the best quality in the parlor. You -might- be able to fix this one. But until then... just regret or forget the past.
