    "this is obviously not a real picture....." Actually, it is. It was a huge news thing. The girl told her father that she only asked for 3, then fell asleep and woke up like this. She only said this because he freaked out when he saw her. She actually asked for 56 tattoos of stars on her face. And the girl is Belgian, not Brazilian.
