  Definitely drawn on. You can see the "bleed lines" where the fingerprint-type mapping of lines all over your body prevent the pen/marker/charcoal crayon from making consistent contact with the skin. If you can see spaces in the black lines where the skin shows through, it's def fake because that doesn't happen with real tattoos. TL;DR: Faaake.
