  The character actually means "Monkey". No idea why you'd want that on your shoulder though.

  its not that fucked up at all, but in asian lettering 1 tiny mistake can make tha meaning completly change so it probably says some fucked up shit, this is exactly why if your not asian dont get asian lettering. easy fix though.
