This looks like a really crappy tattoo but actually I am guessing that this is a note her dad wrote her, in his handwriting and all. And maybe her dad died or something so that's why she got it tattooed. Or she just really loves her dad more than most people.

  She was not very smart in the choice to get this tattoo, and it just so happens to be for life!! Dont think this is what he was wanting her to avoid when he wrote the letter..
